The good news: H1N1 hasn’t been as bad as it could be.
The bad news: Teens can be more seriously affected than people of other ages.
Here’s what you can do:
• Wash your hands – a LOT.
• Keep your hands away from your eyes, nose, and mouth.
• If you start feeling sick, tell your parent/guardian or school nurse.
• Ask your parent/guardian about getting the H1N1 vaccine, which is now available.
